Suggested Meditation Music

Meditation music can give you a sense of calm and balance.  We can all benefit from the on many levels such as our emotional well-being and our overall health.  I chose some mediation music from Spotify for you to enjoy and just breathe and let go of Today!


Before meditating grab a pen and paper and empty out your thoughts for the day.  Look at each item you wrote and erase the items that is completely out of your control.  

The items that are in your control you can write down a plan for that particular item.  Now that your mind is free, close your eyes and let the music take you to a place of calm.
